Basically, this is just an old anchor that has lived out its usefulness and now lies wedged in between two concrete blocks.
I'm a firm believer that you shouldn't drastically change an image in Photoshop. Modifying lighting characteristics like contrast or brightness are acceptable. I thought that I'd try adding a slight shadow to give this shot more depth.
